New to hedgehogs?  Want to see more live video of our available babies?  Join us for a one-on-one video conference!!  Our Hedgehog 101 - Intro to Hedgehogs class was designed to replace both the traditional, informative portion of our pick up appointments, as well as our standard, on-site Meet & Greet appointments, should the customer prefer.  Each Hedgehog 101 session will last a maximum of 30 minutes.  How this time is spent will depend solely upon the individual needs of each family.  

 

Here is what we offer:

• Live demonstrations using one of our own hedgehogs, which includes nail clipping and other handling techniques. 

• Want to spend time viewing available babies?  Any available, listed hedgehog will be available for live viewing.

• Have questions?  We will answer them!  During Q&A time we may use live demonstrations, provide you with links to products, services, and articles, and use a variety of other tools to ensure you leave our meeting much more confident in your knowledge of the African Pygmy Hedgehog.

Appointment Cost:

$15.00 |  This fee is waived as a one time courtesy if you have previously purchased or placed a deposit on a hedgehog.  Simply select this option at the time of appointment scheduling. Additional appointments will require payment and all future free appointment requests will be denied.

 

Ready to sign up?  Simply schedule an appointment for an available day and time slot.   Once your appointment request has been approved you will receive a confirmation email containing a password.  When it is time for your appointment, simply revisit this page to join your video conference. 

 

IMPORTANT

Please arrive to your video conference at least 10 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to download any program applications, or make any adjustments to audio/video before your appointment begins.  If you arrive late to your virtual appointment, a 5 minute courtesy wait time will be extended before we begin the appointment timer.  All video conferences are conducted through Zoom video conferencing.  A download is not required, but is highly recommended as not all features are available when viewing in browser.  Zoom may be accessed via mobile or through your desktop.  Each appointment is limited to 30 minutes.  The $15.00 video conference fee is non-refundable, but will be applied toward your total purchase price if a deposit is placed within 24 hours of the end of the conference.  If you are having trouble accessing your video conference, please call us so that we may help guide you.
